Here are a few more of the cars at the start line. All that polished alloy! The Austin 7 Specials have a 750 or 800cc engine with a 2 bearing crankshaft. They go like the clappers - for a while. #6 is a Lotus 6, the model before the famous and widely copied Lotus 7 (you knew that).



Some pretty impressive supercharged and normally aspirated MGs from the 30's.
That's a lady driver in the green one #16, she won the prize for 'the one who had the most fun'.
